Welderkin is a four-issue rural horror miniseries. When Jessica moves to the small town of Burtonwood for her husband’s new job, it’s not long before she starts hearing rumors of the infernal beings living in the woods around town. Unable to resist the pull of a mystery, Jessica begins investigating the legend of the welderkin, demons said to cause wildfires and kidnap married women.
